DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Currently, we are in-network with most major insurance carriers and Medicare. We complete an insurance verification prior to your first visit and will make you aware of our preliminary coverage findings upon arrival.
BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023: we will be moving to cash pay for all new patients, with the exception of traditional Medicare. Patients can expect a transparent fee schedule, more one-on-one time with Dr. Foreit, and exceptional care that is not dictated or compromised by the red tape associated with commercial insurance. We will provide you with all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
HOW WILL THE MOVE TO CASH PAY AFFECT EXISTING PATIENTS?
If you have a traditional Medicare policy, nothing will change for you. Thankfully, Medicare makes the claims and reimbursement system straightforward and reliable. Secondary policies to traditional Medicare will be honored.
If you utilize commercial insurance or a Medicare replacement policy, you will be required to pay cash at the time of service. Cutoff dates vary by carrier, please call or ask at the front desk and we will provide the most updated information we have.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
No, referrals are not required for treatment at Focused Pain Relief.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST VISIT?
Our experienced Medical Assistant will collect all pertinent information during your first visit, including medical and social history, and confirm your current medications and relevant surgeries. After discussing your reason for visit with you, Dr. Foreit will test to locate the area of your dysfunction and determine the best treatment plan for your condition.
HOW LONG IS TREATMENT?
Our treatment program is customized to the specific needs of each patient. Most typically require visits once a week for 6-8 visits. Of course, just as each person has different lifestyle, physical and historical attributes, each treatment program will vary according to your individual situation.
