The market is flooded with fad diets that promise to give you the body you've always wanted, and as we all know, "to look good is to feel good".  Obviously, it's not quite that simple when you have real pain issues to contend with. Few of these programs focus on how your daily food choices affect your cognition, energy and even your pain issues.  Our Three-Phase Meal Plan is designed for everyone, whether you are looking to lose weight to better facilitate your pain relief program or you are looking to maintain weight but want to feel better overall.

The premise is simple, and The Three-Phase shares elements similar to Keto and Paleo  guidelines.  You will find that no matter your age or physical condition, changing the way you eat WILL change the way you feel about yourself, which in turn impacts all other aspect of your life.  Our meal plan has the added benefit of promoting weight loss, stabilizing glucose levels, and facilitating better concentration and sleep patterns. Just as every muscle and bone in your body must work together to ensure proper function, what you put into your body (fresh, whole foods) directly impacts what you get out of it (energy, stability, and strength).
